Description of problem:

When clients create a HostedCluster using ACM UI 

Infrastructure > Control plane type - OpenShift Virtualization > Create cluster

Section 3 Storage mapping

ACM creates a YAML but is missing one parameter to be able to map the storage class to the HCP

manual and type: Manual are mandatory to map storage classes from the host to the HCP
