For the MCE 2.9 bundle, we are currently referencing pre-published images from quay.io/acm-d for the various CAPI components: CAPI, CAPA, and CAPMetal3. Before the GA release, we need to replace these placeholder image references with the correct ones from the registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-cluster-api-* registries.
