Description of problem:

Edge Manager does not work in the current version of the Community Edition build of ACM.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install the Community Edition build of ACM
2. Enable Edge Manager (note the error in the pod events)

Actual results:

The following errors are thrown.

Edge Manager:
