Description of problem:

When a user creates a new node pool for a hosted cluster via the UI, upon selecting 'Add', the page throws an error. However, it is worth noting that the node pool resource is created so if you do `oc get nodepools <nodepool>` you'll see it, and when you go back to the cluster overview it will also be in the table.

How reproducible:

seems to be on the first add? after the initial failure, works as expected. something not initialized?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create hosted cluster, click on 'add nodepool' in cluster overview
2. set nodes to 0
3. click add
4. observe error
