Hooks, components, and functions provided by the multicluster SDK need unit testing to ensure they are providing the expected results. We also would benefit from Sonar linting of the code and assessment of coverage.

• multicluster SDK should have its own NPM scripts for testing
• Testing of the multicluster SDK should be included when running top-level NPM scripts that are executed as part of the PR process
• Test cases in the SDK should not be included in the NPM package when published
