Subnet ID for adding new node pools should be disabled/auto-populated

      Description of problem:

      When adding new node pools to a hosted cluster, any new node pools added must be in the same availability zone and subnet as per Hypershift docs.

      In the UI, when hit "add node pool" we are allowing the user to edit this field. By default we should hide this field and automatically populate it in the NodePool resource instead when they hit Add.
