Right now the implementation is for a single feature flag, see https://github.com/stolostron/console/blob/fbfeb27e0a51d4a3e064b1ee887a2ab9bbbd0253/frontend/src/utils/flags/useEnableAccessControlManagementMenuFlag.ts
The idea is to rename this to a more generic hook being able to add new feature flags to a kind of dictionary (FEATURE_FLAG: MultiClusterHubComponentName) and in case they exists on MultiClusterHub they will be set to the correspondent value
