Can this issue be reproduced from the UI?

      Yes

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. On a Regional DR setup, deploy 4-5 workloads and DR protect it.

      2. After some time, remove DR from ACM hub console for all the workloads one by one

Select workload --> Actions --> Manage disaster recovery --> Remove disaster recovery

      3. Then select each app and try to delete it using kebab menu option. Do this one after another for all the workloads. You will notice that the Delete button sometimes remains disabled and doesn't refresh, but if we try again, the button gets enabled and we can then delete the workload.

Actual results: [RDR] Delete button sometimes remains disabled when multiple workloads are deleted one after another

Expected results: Delete button page should properly refresh for each workload so that it knows when the button has to be enabled and when to be disabled.
