We have observed the RHACM documentations to[ Deploy the OpenShift Update Service instance|https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_advanced_cluster_management_for_kubernetes/2.12/html-single/clusters/index#deploy-the-cincinnati-instance] steps differs from the RHOCP Creating an OpenShift Update Service application by using the web console

We can see in ACM docs the "Select Create Instance in the menu" step we have to create Cincinnati [ Step 4 ] in above docs.

Whereas in OCP docs we don't see such steps to create Cincinnati but have to create "UpdateService" 

Please do the necessary changes and let us know once the documentations are modified.
