Right now, the memcached images are only hosted on registry.redhat.io, but they need to be mirrored to quay.io/acm-d under the same image name in order to continue testing. This currently has a mirroring script that the build team maintains that's triggered during the CPaaS pipeline, however we want to have a more elegant solution that's triggered from the Konflux pipeline instead
