Perses needs a PersesDatasource object for all the queries in each dashboard. The upstream go-sdk lib, has easy options to configure this. Previously all testing has been with a datasource pointed to ACM Thanos query frontend endpoint directly, but we need one that points to rbac query proxy

      A/C:

      • Create a PersesDatasource object, that will point to the addr of RBAC query proxy in ACM
      • Ensure, that metrics RBAC works as expected with Perses
      • Ensure that you need correct auth to view these dashboards (these dashboard are only viewable in-cluster)
