Description of problem:

When we are waiting for the hosted cluster to come up and complete import into MCE/ACM (this is AFTER we hit "Import cluster"), there is the generic Import box for the hypershift cluster which states:

"If you imported by using the server URL and API token, or by using the kubeconfig file, wait for the import to complete. If the import does not complete, try importing manually by running the import command."

We should either:

1. change this description to reflect the actual import process if we can grab the status from somewhere in the backend.
2. remove it entirely, just keep the "Cluster is pending import"
