      Issue Description:

In the Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) documentation, the section discussing the Observability Architecture Diagram contains unclear information. The documentation states:

The multicluster hub operator, also known as the multiclusterhub-operator pod, deploys the multicluster-observability-operator pod. It sends hub cluster data to your managed clusters.

This statement is vague because it does not specify what data the hub cluster sends to the managed clusters, leaving readers uncertain about the functionality of the multicluster hub operator in the context of ACM Observability.

      Suggested Improvement:

The engineering team provided the following clarification, which should be incorporated into the documentation to improve clarity:

it is the root component that deploys resources for the ACM Observability service such as the metrics store (Thanos) on the hub and collectors on spokes through the generation of ManifestWorks.
