Description of problem:

To align with the recent changes on BM side, we should add a space between "nodepools" in the AWS UI elements:

1. Overview page under cluster install progress > "cluster nodepools"
2. node pools table header under [1]
3. A bit unrelated, but "add node pool" button should be disabled if not available
4. upgrade node pools screens

when there are no node pools (e.g. when HC is destroyed), should be no capital in 'Node':
