Update the pipeline with the project structure change, add necessary changes needed in jenskinsfile to incorporate RHOV provisioning and related code/design changes for the provision (in clc repo/ cicd repo).

Currently working on updating (complete)+testing BM provisioning pipeline we created to support RHOV.

Are addressed/updated accordingly for BM. This adds time to implement the changes as per changes made on the scripts and testing them. I would also need some time to document the recent changes properly.
