Description of problem:

Upon creating the hosted cluster, the cluster overview UI for the hosted cluster first shows "Hosted Cluster requires a manual import"

Can we add more contextual information here that ties it back to MCE/ACM? For example. "The Hosted Cluster exists but is not yet imported into MCE. To import the Hosted Cluster:"

The user can also simply create the ManagedCluster CR on their own. should we also add that as an option? (compare it to how we import clusters today, we can run a command for either OCP 4 and OCP 3, copy kubeconfig, etc...)
