RHACM Installation doc confusion for RHOCP hub-cluster version to be used

      The  [0]  link is showing this statement:

      See the OpenShift Container Platform version 4.11 install documentation

      This seems to have been introduced from RHACM 2.11 documentation onwards, whereas the link actually links to (presumably) to the latest RHOCP version out at the time of the specific RHACM release. Links behind the above sentence are following, please double check if this is good.

      • RHACM 2.11 => RHOCP 4.14
      • RHACM 2.12 => RHOCP 4.15
      • RHACM 2.13 => RHOCP 4.16

      Note: It would also be useful to have a clear statement of what RHOCP versions are allowed to be used for hub-cluster usage
