I had 3 VMs, I selected them one by one and from the kebab menu, I tried deleting them but the delete button was disabled and was enabled after 2-3 seconds.

Can this issue be reproduced from the UI?

      Yes

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. On a 4.19 RDR setup, deploy discovered app VM via CLI

      2. Check under Infrastructure -> Virtual machines of the RHACM hub console

      3. Now deploy 2 VMs via ACM console of Appset (pull) and Subscription types

      4. Check under Infrastructure -> Virtual machines of the RHACM hub console

If it isn't there, hard refresh the console until they appear.

      5. DR protect the 1st VM.

      6. Now try to delete all the VMs via console but don't actually delete them. Check if the delete button is enabled or not. It gets enabled after 2-3 seconds.

      Refer attached screencast.
