Create a README.md file in the root of the multicluster-sdk package that can be displayed when the package is viewed on npmjs.com

This file should include basic information about what the package does and some getting started instructions with simple examples of how to enable multicluster support using the <FleetSupport> component. This document should link to the generated API/extensions/types documentation for further details.
