AcmTable action menu loses focus when inspected.

      Description of problem:

      When inspecting the action menu above an AcmTable, the menu disappears.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ACM 2.14

      Easily

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Acm application Table
      2. Open Action menu above table
      3. Inspect menu after it appears (right click, and click "inspect")

      Actual results:

      Menu loses focus and leaves screen.

      Expected results:

      Menu remains on screen.
