      Description of problem:

      Application page crashes with minified react error.

      ACM 2.13.3+

      How reproducible:

      Reliably

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create an application that is not namespaced, so that in the namespace value given to the table is undefined. It may be necessary to do this using the CLI to avoid console validation.
      2. Travel to the application page.

      Actual results:

      Page crashes immediately.

      Expected results:

      Page should render normally.
