To fully integrate the CAPOA component into the MCE operator, we need to update the chart automation configuration to generate a template chart that includes all necessary deployments and CRDs for the CAPOA operator to function correctly.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] The CAPOA chart is included in the MCE chart configuration.
• [x] The chart automation process completes without errors after incorporating the CAPOA chart.
• [x] The generated CAPOA chart includes all required resources for deployment.

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated
