Feature statement: 


When we import MCE hub in external ACM hub. Then we have to perform few steps to import the managed clusters from MCE hub manually
There are two options to import the managed cluster from MCE hub into the ACM hub mentioned in the document

But these are the manual steps has to be done by user
.

Expectation: 
user should have some option on ACM UI while importing MCE hub to select autoimport all the managed cluster on MCE hub.

Current Steps:
1. Create OCP cluster with ACM Hub installed on it clusterA
2. Create OCP cluster with MCE hub installed on it clusterB
3. Create some HCP clusters(managed cluster) on MCE hub clusterB
4. When i imported clusterB into ACM hub clusterA. This list the MCE hub cluster as managed cluster
5. Then HCP clusters on clusterB, i have to import bu following the steps mentioned at manually

6. Then i am able to see the HCP cluster on MCE hub clusterB.

We should provide user the option like checkbox or opt-in option for user while importing MCE hub cluster in ACM UI in step 4, Import all the HCP/managed clusters on MCE hub into ACM UI automatically (no manual steps required step 5)
