Unable to install the hypershift addon with external-dns-txt-owner-id configuration

      Description of problem:

      I am installing the hypershift operator on a managed cluster. The hypershift-operator-external-dns-credentials secret is defined in the managed cluster namespace:

       

      aws-access-key-id: REDACTED
aws-secret-access-key: REDACTED
domain-filter: REDACTED
provider: REDACTED
txt-owner-id: aws

      The addons installation never finishes. Upon closer inspection of the managed cluster, I can see:
