      Hello,

I have a mcn qe repository that contains a test pipeline flow of my team.
      https://github.com/stolostron/acmqe-mcn-test

Currently, the repository is private and I would like to convert it to public.
My team is the only owners/users of the repository.
The repository contains the flow of the deployment and tests related to my team.
The actual tests reside in a different repository that is public.
The repo does not contains any sensitive information like passwords, keys, etc...

      The reason for the change:
Lately, due to organization changes, my team and two other teams were moved under newly created group - application networking.
Each of the groups has its own product, and our products are not combining.
But we would like to make collaborations, share information on the flow, framework use, etc...
Since other two teams are not working under the acm umbrella, they are not a part of stolostron org and as a result don't have an access to my repository.
I would like to provide an access to the teams without any overhead and since the repo does not contains sensitive info, I think, after your review, that it could be switched to public.

      Thank you.
