      Actual results:

      tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority happens within gitops-server pod after upgrading to 2.13

      Expected results:

      Impact{}

      ArgoCD application will appear deleted if the cluster secret is not generated properly.

      Additional info:

      Downgrading to 2.12 gets rid of errors
