To be able to create new Polarion test cases for any existing/future CAPI/CAPA features, there would need to do the following pre-configuration for CAPI/CAPA component:

1. To add CAPI/CAPA as a new component under ACM project
2. To design and create CAPI/CAPA new test case template
3. To design and create CAPI/CAPA new test run template
4. To design and create CAPI/CAPA matrics reports template
5. Test all above new templates
6. Create a new Polarion test case and use it for CI pipeline running and verification
7. Ensure all Dev from CAPI/CAPA teams to get the required Polarion accesses
