Currently we are using Ansible tower on acm-install-001.hosts.qa.psi.rdu2.redhat.com 

The ansible tower is a very old instance on this machine, any outage can cause significant impact on qe testing. Migrating and running ansible playbooks through jenkins instead provides a more unified and stable way of running automation and easier collaboration with pics team.

Switching and migrating to AAP which is the support and better infrastructure to be on.

In order to do this, we would need to deploy AAP on a machine such as acmqe-ansible-01.hosts.prod.psi.rdu2.redhat.com which is a better machine and point our current existing jobs to it.
