Customer would like to customize columns on the ACM clusters dashboard. Something similar to what we have with the Governance dashboard

Use Case:

With the modification of this OCM dashboard to enable addition of OCM labels, it’ll allow the dashboard to show pertinent information on OCM clusters which is managed within the firm. For example, customers would be able to quickly identify within the dashboard which LOB and environment a cluster is being used for and know the correct cluster for their deploying their applications. We would like customer applications to use this dashboard for most of their cluster information related needs.

I am attaching two screenshots. One from the Governance dashboard and another one shared by the customer to help us understand what they want visually.
The customer has already confirmed that they would be ok with having the Governance dashboard customization for the Clusters dashboard page.
