This task is to reproduce the application subscription performance problem that Intesa is experiencing.

We need:

8000 application subscriptions
2 spoke clusters
Initially all 8000 applications are installed into one spoke cluster
try to backup and restore one application to the other spoke cluster by changing its placement.
