The eco-system team currently runs their HCP+Agent tests to cover n ~ n-3 OCP versions in the hosted clusters. As part of the n-4 hosted cluster OCP version support, we need to look into how we can extend the existing HCP+Agent tests to run the server foundation test pipeline to ensure MCE fully supports down to n-3 HCP+Agent clusters.
