      Description of problem:

      Provisioning with OpenShiftSDN is not valid in OpenShift 4.15 and later

      1. Create cluster with 4.15/4.16
      2. Choose OpenShiftSDN as a networking option

      Additional info:

      Not a release blocker. The option is selectable but the provisioning will fail with the above error, notifying customers that the option is not valid and just to use OVNKubernetes.
