Epic Goal

VolSync v0.12.1 will need to be released to rebuild with base image updates with CVE fixes. 

Current CVEs that will need to be addressed:

• https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-18580 (CVE-2025-22869)
• There will also be a fix for CVE-2025-22868 but I don't have a Jira for this one yet

Would like to ship the operator a bit ahead of ACM 2.13.1 so we can pickup volsync v0.12.1 in ACM 2.13.1
