Summary

release-driver allows us to release advisories (both freshmaker and standard advisories) in an automated fashion once they're in a PUSH READY state!

We should investigate the risks and benefits of enabling release-driver on these ACM, MCE, Gatekeeper, Volsync, and Submariner.
