Value Statement

CRD v1beta1 was deprecated from Kubernetes 1.16 and removed from Kubernetes 1.22 and OpenShift 2.9.  

CRD v1beta1 in import secret is used for OCP 3.11, and OCP 3.11 was removed from MCE 2.7 support metrics https://access.redhat.com/articles/7086906

So we will remove CRD v1beta1 from import secret from MCE 2.9 .

The RHACM Console need remove the dependencies related with CRD v1beta1.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• Console code has no references to Klusterlet v1beta1 API version
• Console no longer offers import command for OCP 3.11
