we current will deploy below clusters when running the smoke test

• hive clusters on aws
• *ks
• hypershift hosted cluster

for hive cluster, we will use the kubeconfig from the clusterdeployment

for *ks cluster, we will use the auto-import-secret in cluster namespace

for hypershift cluster, same like hive cluster

so the code https://github.com/stolostron/acmqe-foundation-test/blob/main/pkg/util/clients.go#L80-L206 may never called in the automation test. we should design another cases to be able to call this func to test the cluster-proxy connection
