GRC dryrun command coloring does not work

      Description of problem:

      The ACM dryrun command options show an argument to turn colored output off, but there is no colored output to turn off.  Other commands that do coloring work on my system (jq and yq for example).

      1. run a dryrun diff and it shows no colors

      no colors

      colors

      Low priority since this doesn't impact any function.
