Description of problem:

The OCP version in the BM wizard does not match the OCP version in the YAML editor. When user clicks create, the incorrect OCP version will be used.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Goto clusters page
2. Click Create cluster > Host inventory > Hosted
3. Toggle the YAML editor
4. In step 1 notice the pre-selected OCP version is not reflected in the YAML editor

OCP version in the wizard to be the same as the one in the YAML editor
