In the OCM console, users can filter their cluster list based on cluster type. To enhance the usability of Discovery, we should implement similar filtering in the Discovery UI, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] Users can select one or more infrastructure provider types to filter the discovered clusters results.
• [x] Users can select one or more region to filter the discovered clusters results.
• [x] The filtered results accurately display clusters based on the selected OCP types.
