Description of problem:

I have a hosted cluster named rj-0307c in namespace rj-0307c. The namespace and the hosted cluster are named the same. While I was verifying https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-15059, I noticed this problem where if I tried to detach the hosted cluster using the checkbox, the UI does not let me detach it. I think this was a UI workaround to avoid the problem reported in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-15059. Since the backend is now fixed so that it does not destroy the hosted cluster when it is in the same namespace as the managed cluster, UI can be updated to allow users to detach such a hosted cluster.
