Issue:

                   Update release image Pop up box text truncated on the right side.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change web console UI into French or Spanish
2. Navigate to Infrastructure - Clusters - Cluster pools
3. Click on Cluster pool kebab menu and the 'Update release image' menu item
4. Pop up box text truncated on the right side.

Actual results:

Text is truncated

Expected results:

Text should appear properly with proper right side margin as it is with the rest of supported languages
