• Define the API for the ManagedClusterMigration
• Define the storage schema for the migration stages
• Ensure the migration clusters payload(addConfig) can be synced in the storage
• Ensure the token secret from the managedserviceaccount can be retrieved for the "From Hub" cluster
• Add the initialization for both the phase and the condition

• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
