Search not finding all managed clusters as related for Subscription resource

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy a Subscription app to two managed clusters
2. Search the Subscription resource on the Search UI page
3. Notice one of the managed cluster will be missing from the related results

Actual results:

In the example here, rosa-spoke cluster is missing from related.

Expected results:

Search to find all managed clusters in the related results
