Problem: defaultTransformConfig which defines the generic approach to configuring the fields to extract from kubernetes resources. This expects a kind and apigroup to be speciifed, which does not work for kubernetes core apigroup resources.

Acceptance Criteria: defaultTransformConfig supports core apigroup resources.
