Description of problem:

Need to backup ManagedServiceAccount and Secret for ArgoCD cluster on the hub or else they will be missing when a hub is restored and ArgoCD can't connect to the managed cluster.

The only workaround I see is deleting the application-manager pod on the managed cluster but if the customer has a lot of managed clusters, this is not feasible.
