RBAC UI will need to be created. It will allow the user to configure the subject (user/group), the cluster, the namespace (unless it is a cluster role) and the CNV OOTB role (kubevirt.io:view, kubevirt.io:edit, kubevirt.io:admin) that it will be assigned to.This flow will create ClusterPermission objects in the managed cluster namespaces.
