      Description of problem:

When disabling Edge Manager, the following resources remain. The cluster and clusterroles are a regression as I did not see these the first time I tested this area.

      ACM namespace:

      • clusterrole: flightctl-client
      • clusterrolebinding: flightctl-agent-registration flightctl-client

      MCE namespace:

      • secret: flightctl-agent-registration-dockercfg-fj7d9
      • serviceaccount: flightctl-agent-registration

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ACM 2.13

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install ACM/MCE and enable Edge Manager
      2. Disable Edge Manager
