      Description of problem:

When trying to boot bare metal node using live ISOs to be used to create hosted control plane cluster. However as soon as node boots up, it does not show up in ACM as discovered node.
On investigation we found that agent.service is inactive/dead on node and there is no log entry for service.
When we manually start service, it right away appears in ACM as discovered node.
