Description of problem:

When adding an annotation to the (i.e. managedcluster-import-controller.open-cluster-management.io/keeping-auto-import-secret: "") through the YAML editor, the YAML editor does not save the changes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on import cluster in the UI
2. Add "managedcluster-import-controller.open-cluster-management.io/keeping-auto-import-secret: "" to the auto-import-secret in the YAML editor
3. Click next

Actual results:

The annotation gets removed

The annotation remains
