Currently, if a user installs MCE 2.6 and enable the IBIO component, it will create a service resource called "webhook-service". In MCE 2.7 and MCE 2.8, the name was changed in order for IBIO to deploy their webhook to the cluster. We need to ensure that we are pruning any older resource versions in the MCE targetNamespace.
